assistance on housing and consumer related issues. |

Foreclosure Prevention |

NFHC addresses foreclosure prevention through the following services:

Default and foreclosure counseling, financial
education, analyze reasons for default

(i.e. loan product vs. change in circumstance)

Negotiates with lenders and services to
restructure and modify mortgages

(i.e. eliminating abusive note terms, reducing
interest rates, and securing a delay or stay in foreclosure
proceedings)

Mitigates inflated appraisals by lowering
outstanding principle amounts

Offers affordable refinancing options with low
interest, no points and no fees
